East 31st Street near Bloomington Ave, Minneapolis MN

Found wallet Monday the 18th of July, no cash inside. Found it near the Powderhorn Station Post Office in Minneapolis. I left it with the clerk at the post office. No cash was inside the wallet. It's at the post office if you want it.
