1 year old female mastiff mix

I have a 1 year old intact female mastiff mix, she is very aloof and protective of her home. She is large and still a pup so she would do better with older kids. She prefers things quiet without a lot of visitors. She listens well, walks on leash great, listens off leash well but is easily distracted at her age, she is good with other dogs, hasn’t lived with any cats. Great in the car, kennels well, I crate trained, mostly housebroken as long as you don’t leave too long. She is shy so coming to meet her it could take time for her to feel comfortable enough to truly let you see how loving she is. She is utd on vaccinations, and comes with her things. She has never chewed anything up other than her toys but if you leave the garbage on the floor she will see it as free game. She is going to need an owner that is familiar with large breed protective breeds. Preferably with a fenced yard. I am going through a separation and am unable to keep her. She will need a special home and I am in no rush. An adoption fee does apply
