Job Title: General Laborer Hours: Seasonal (Aug-Oct); Monday – Friday with varying shifts, weekend and afterhours as needed Pay Rate: $15.00 Location: Terra Bella, CA Position Description: The primary duty for this position is to ensure that the wastewater screens are free and clear of debris to allow the water coming from the huller machines to flow freely. This is a physical position that requires consistent shoveling, raking and you will get wet. Essential Functions/Accountabilities: - Ensure wastewater screens are cleared - Safe use of hand tools - Perform related duties as assigned or requested - Understand and follow all GMP, Food Safety, and General Safety rules and regulations Work Environment: - Will get wet - Exposure to loud noise, populated work areas, salt, dust and other ingredients or odors - Exposure to long period of sun light depending on operations - Exposure to varying temperatures, depending on season Physical Demands: Ability to maintain grounds, equipment, and special duties as assigned. - Ability to lift 50 pounds - Must have good eye-hand coordination and good sense of balance - Ability to assess weight and judge distance and heights - Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending on season Please respond with name and phone number so we can contact you Hablamos Espanol
