Need pre purchase on backhoe

Looking for an experienced Heavy equipment mechanic to do a pre-purchase on a backhoe. Also need help choosing the right machine. Need to be able to send you multiple ads to narrow down the field, and then do inspections on said equipment. We're in the 1st 3rd of a building project and project and are now ready to stop renting and buy. Please provide experience and references. Thanks.
