Part time housekeeper/maid

We are providing short-term accommodations for rent in the Sevierville area. We are looking for an experienced maid/housekeeper to take care of those accommodations after our guests. This is a part time position, with ~3-4 hour work day, depending on the schedule. Schedule is sent for each month, with a possibility of last moment bookings. Working hours 11am-4pm, some days a free of work. We provide all the cleaning supplies and we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. Car and driving license is a must. Duties: After each guests cleaning of each accommodation -changing all the bedding -washing and drying towels and rugs -fridge, stove & BBQcleaning -full restroom clean (including removing waste from compost toilets, which is done pretty easily) -jacuzzi cleaning -washing and vacuuming all the floors We offer fixed salary of $3000 per month, and we make payments 2 times per month. We do require to sign W9 form and provide SSN. We are looking for a person, who is driven and motivated to work. Responsive communication is must. Please feel free to email us!
