Description
Experienced carpenter needed to replace cabin windows supplied by Owner. Windows are two 48” x 48” and three 76” x 60”. New windows are vinyl Jeld-wen. Existing are wood with brick mound as nailing flange. Owner will complete all interior and exterior trim. Because of some unknown sill condition contract would be best on time and materials. Contractor must be reliable and finish work in a timely manner.
