Description
Recently opened my workspace up for music classes. The instrument we will be focusing on will be the piano although lessons may extend to vocal training as I am also a singer-songwriter. I will have to interview you first before we arrange any classes, however, all are welcome to apply. The course I have designed is geared towards those who would like to learn the following: - gospel - r&b - neosoul - soul - blues - funk - jazz -worship -atmosphere -hymns -music theory (made simple) Since posting the first ad students have already enrolled & started their first classes July 7th. Due to a busy schedule & regardless of how much I’d love to I can only take on a certain number of students and to take on more would be doing a disservice to anyone who comes after that so if you’re really interested in learning message me on the number in the ad. Once capacity is met submissions will be closed until further notice. BASED ON A TRUE STORY My teaching style is one I crafted in & out-of-the-classroom that I paid attention to after receiving calls from students I had taught before. On the call they swore by my classes as the reason they had become the musicians or artists that they had hired me to help them become. This piqued my curiosity leading me to experiment further with similar ideas that had given me the results the students were enamored with. After trial-&-error I understood my approach to teaching difficult subjects that irregardless of age, background, prior education, experience or even ability, I could always derive the same results. I later found a way to apply it to any subject. Whether Vocal lessons or Spanish classes the results kept turning out the same: the students were able to reproduce the exercise and reproduce the exercise that very same day in class. Another thing that kept resurfacing was many students would always say that they had tried taking classes before but felt like the teacher was just ‘taking their money’ or ‘slowing down the learning process’. This is one if not the main defining feature of my course which is it’s not necessary to slow down how fast you learn to get you to keep coming back because the results you get will be very the reason you do. All of my results are backed by testimonial (past students). You’re rarely going to find a working musician whose also taught professionally in a classroom offering classes on these genres at an affordable rate. I’d recommend to anyone whose ever wanted to learn how to play those cool gospel or r&b chords or infuse singing with more soul to not hesitate to take advantage of the introductory costs. Rates will not be the same for long.
