Missing: Geriatric Calico Cat

Description
Squeak is a calico cat, 17 yrs old. She's not sick, just very old. To be honest, we've been expecting her to cross the "Rainbow Bridge" at any time, but since she wasn't ill or in pain, we just let her enjoy her last days laying in the garden. Last Saturday, July 16, 2022, Squeak failed to come in at dusk. She had wandered off just once before, down to the neighbor's house, but that was a familiar route to a friend's house. This time, we can't find her. She was born at this house, so it's strange for her to disappear this way. Yes, we fear the worst, but if she's just gotten lost somehow, then we need to find her. It's possible someone found her and, believing her to be a stray, took her with them. She's gotten pretty decrepit, and she's not cleaning herself the way she used to, so she looks pretty rough. (My sister's bathed her, but since Squeak doesn't groom herself afterward, it just makes her look more disheveled.) So I'm wondering if some kind person found her while walking by, and took her because they though she was a stray. Squeak's very friendly, and she'll go to anyone who talks to to her. She's a very small kitty, with lots of orange in her coat, but she's got a white triangle on her face, with white throat, bib and stomach, plus white on her paws and legs. She's got some black spots on her pink nose, and gold eyes. She's gotten really thin so she looks like she's starving, but it's because she's so old, she only eats little bits of food at a time. Squeak's got a weird little meow that sounds like a tiny kitten, which is the reason for her name, but I've heard her give loud meows on occasion. She's also having difficulties with controlling her bladder, and we've got her on a special diet to prevent diarrhea, so if someone has her, they're probably regretting their generosity now! If anyone sees her, we'd appreciate it if you'd let us know. Even if she's deceased, we'd like to bring her home for burial. If anyone finds her, whether dead or alive, please send us an email through this notice. Thank you.
