Lila is ~ 1-2 years old (based on her personality, we think closer to 1yo). She weighs a nice 50lbs. Lila is young gal who is maximum-level pettable. She loves to be around people, likes to ride in the car, & enjoys swimming in the pond/going on adventures. She also likes to take naps by your feet, she enjoys a good bedtime story, & she may even try to kiss you on the lips if you aren't paying attention. Her personality is playful, friendly, outgoing. Lila is crate-trained, knows to SIT on command, walks on leash, & is perfecting her house training. She is not much of a barker in her foster home & overall has pretty decent manners for a dog so young. She loves toys, chew bones, & is looking for a home where she can get daily activity such as a walk. She also is the ULTIMATE snuggle bug who loves to sit as close as possible to you & nap. She thinks ice cubes are the coolest things since sliced bread, & she does occasionally snore. Lila has met a variety of nice people, including elderly folks, & she thinks they are all awesome. She doesn’t live with kids but we suspect she should do well in a home with kind, loving kids over 10 years old (Lila simply could not live with herself if she toppled over a toddler with a highspeed wagging tail). Lila currently lives with friendly dogs of a variety of sizes & she thinks they are super neat, too. If you have always wanted to come home to a dog that greets you with her tail thumping & body wiggling, who lights up with happiness no matter if you have been gone 5 minutes or 5 hours, & who meets each day with a giant grin, Lila wants to talk to you. Lila is located in Waco, TX and available to adopt through Waco Pets Alive!. Her adoption fee is only $70; she is spayed, current on vaccinations, heartworm negative, & microchipped.
