Trail Building--Field Maintenance--Landscaping

We are looking to have a trail network cut on a 50 acre parcel of land east of Manchester. We also have several acres of meadows we are looking to have brush hogged in two towns outside Manchester. Two other house parcels need some landscaping TLC. In addition, if you have some basic carpentry and engineering skill, we are looking to build a small rope bridge across a small stream. (You would be copying a design that we have used in the past.) There might end up being two needed. We are looking for an existing two-man crew or will hire two people who have not worked together before. You must have transportation, preferably a pickup. You will be working on your own for the most part and need to be self-managing. You must have solid chain saw experience and experience working with other power tools and working outside in general. We have enough work to probably keep the team going until the snow flies. References will be required.
