Any bands looking for shared jam area?

Looking for 3 bands to share a jam space with. Large with electricity, water, temp control, and bathrooms. ADA accessible. Drop off spot out front with free parking less than a block away. Based in Dormont. Area is approximately 3x the largest STORxpress jam unit, which run for $700+ a month. Room is locked and protected with a camera on the door 24/7. I would also plan to install cameras on the doors inside to prevent anything from walking away. If you're interested, tell me about yourself/ the band that will be using the space. Please let me know what, if anything, you would expect to be there for sharing (e.g. house drumset, microphones, pa system, etc...) and what large items you'd be leaving there (e.g. drumset, piano, organ, amp stack, etc...). I'm hoping to get 4 bands (mine included) to pay $400 a month each to cover rent and all operational expenses. Bands would each be given a timeslot for the room to be guaranteed open for them each week, and the room will otherwise be available first come first serve. We will use a google calander to coordinate who gets the room at what time.
