Blown my tire!!! Please help!!

My tire was cut on the side about 6 inches across when I was picking up my 80 grandmother to go run errands. I was in the parking lot waiting for grams to come down and when I went to leave it was on the rim!!! I pulled into the next place and stopped. Now I'm screwed.... I have a tire but it needs to be mounted onto the wheel and that costs moolah I don't have til next week. I'm very worriEd it may get towed from the lot it sits If I take too long to do something. So if anyone is willing to maybe help me with a spare donut or has any ideas please let me know. Thank you & God Bless U
