Immediate Opening – Farm Operation Equipment Lead Mechanic Tractors/Forklifts/Hay Equipment Ranging in models from 1975 – 2022 Massey Ferguson, New Holland, Ford, Komatsu, John Deere, Yale, Hancha Hay Equipment Swather, Bailer, Rake, Harrow bed Heavy Equipment Case/John Deere/CAT Backhoes, loaders Various Types of orchard trailers, wind machines, small equipment as needed. Supervise shop crew of 2-4 employees, maintain and repair all orchard equipment, assess major repair needs and communicate with owners, work with orchard crew leaders and managers. Must be able to communicate well in English (verbal/written). Bi-lingual a plus but not required. Able to work long hours during various times of the year.
