Licensed Plumber Needed: Bathroom Dry Wall Repair, Vanity Install

Hello, I own a single-family rental property in Peoria, at Cactus and 79th Ave cross street. I'm looking for a plumber, preferably licensed, to perform a few tasks: 1. Dry wall repair, where the vanity will be installed. I don't think paint is needed 2. Buy a 72" vanity base cabinet and install it. I already have the sink top with faucets. 3. Install baseboard 4. Cut the protruding screws for the toilet and put caps. I'm attaching photos here. I don't need a brand-new vanity, a used one would work. I know there are a couple liquidators that sell used vanities, but I'm open to your suggestion as to where to buy a quality one. I do have some dry wall and baseboards in the garage.
