Job Opening 1: City: Victoria, TX Job Title: Welder/Fitter/ Material Handler # of Openings: 5 Temp - Perm with OT Pay: Depending on experience Schedule: M-F 7am - 3:30pm OT (Available Schedule subject to change) Requirements: 1 to 2 years experience Duties: MIG welding...Must pass MIG weld test. Test is a guided bend test that consist of two one-inch 3x6” plates. 1 plate is beveled and 1 plate is squared. Must be able to do a full pin test with back gouge. Must be able to cross train as a fitter, Duties include: Fitter Layout, position, align, weld, and fit parts for steel fabrication. Clean painting equipment to minimize maintenance. Diagnoses problems and performs complex repairs on over-the-road equipment such as diesel-powered trucks, pneumatic and flatbed trailers. Proficient in diagnosing and making repairs on A/C systems and electrical systems. Makes repairs using welding skills. Repairs light truck and automotive equipment.
