I am looking for a reliable dogsitter, who can host and take care of my then 8-month old small hound puppy for 9-10 days. I will be gone Aug 22-31. I am willing to pay $330 for the duration. I will provide food, toys, treats, a pillow and other dog essentials. She is housebroken but needs to be walked 3-4 times a day, otherwise wee pads also work. I would prefer someone who has hound puppy experience, as this breed likes to chew on a lot of things and eat food off the ground when walking and the walker needs to pay attention to it. Someone who is able to walk my dog 3-4 times a day (shorter walks are fine), have some playtime and overall loves dogs. Looking for a loving, caring environment for my pup. Serious replies only! Brooklyn or lower Manhattan people preferred. This is not a house sitting gig! ***Please do not reply if you have another dog, if you don't have time to watch a young dog (sometimes you will need to watch this breed like a hawk, even indoors to avoid them on chewing cables, plastic etc.) or if you have no interest for dogs other than the money you are being paid. Watching a puppy is basically like watching a toddler, not an adult dog.***
