Little to no growth at any properties as they are vacant. Just need to keep them code compliant and blight free. Will need a ruler, tape measure, mower, blower, weed eater, smart phone. Pay is $30 per yard. Will need weed killer sprayer for yards in Yucca Valley as there is no grass
