Looking for 1 or 2 Person(s) team for Cleaning and Light Maintenance for a 2 story Office Building located in Waukesha, WI and will begin immediately. You will be cleaning by yourself twice per week once in the evening after 6 pm on weekdays and once on weekends that are flexible approximately 2-3 hours per cleaning (Selection of either Tuesday or Wednesday Evenings and Friday after 6 pm or Saturday or Sunday anytime flexible hours). Must be reliable, honest and demonstrate that you are dependable. Work will include the following: - Vacuuming carpeted floors, dust moping vinyl floors and stairways, - Cleaning 5 restrooms, - Removal of trash and recyclables from all offices, - Shampooing Carpets as needed - Replacing burnt out light bulbs (Optional) - Painting after tenants move out (Optional) Call or Text Larry at 414-254-5178
