We are looking to hire make ready people for student turns in west campus area. You must have reliable vehicle. You must have own tools. Work will consist of general maintenance. Checking to make sure everything works in units. Repair of broken items, installing ceiling fans, plumbing, lighting, light caulking. Installation of appliances if needed. HVAC experience a plus. We are getting the units ready for new tenants to move into. There will be no painting, patching, carpet work or cleaning that is needed to be done by my company. Weekdays and weekends are available.
