I need an individual or a crew of 2 people that can do one off installations working unsupervised. Ideally someone who can work well with their hands. I hang banners, put up wooden signs, graphics, letters, room numbers etc for businesses. The main thing is completing the install unsupervised without adding problems. I can train on things you haven't learned yet - you can do easier things and move up to the difficult stuff. You have to look semi professional and have transportation and tools to do the job like drill gun, level, tape measure etc. I'll help you be successful if you can work unsupervised. I have ladders to loan etc. If you have the ability to manage the job I'll help you get going. I pay 25 per hour to start. There are times I work large entire building jobs where we'd all work together but mostly 1 or 2 man jobs all over Austin. How it would work I'll give you the details of an install in advance and make sure you're available. You pick up the banner or sign from my customer, find the site, install it, send me a completion photo and that's the job. You can't upset the customer and must act in a professional manner on site.
