Immediate openings! Part time Janitorial position available immediately Must be avail evenings/nights Job is 7 evenings a week and pays 1099 bi-monthly * The work can be performed after the building closes at 7pm and will take 1.5 hours to complete. It is two locations so the total work is 3 hours per night plus 15 minutes travel time between locations. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be dependable. Must have commercial or residential cleaning experience All equipment and chemicals are supplied Must have experience cleaning: Bathrooms Dust and damp mop Emptying trash Vacuum Ideal candidate is avail to work both locations. Attention to detail is a must! No exceptions. Tardiness and missed evenings will not be tolerated. Must be responsible and trustworthy. Candidate wil be required to check-in and complete a detailed checklist.
