Encouraging work-life balance is important to us, as well as maintaining a sense of community and partnership amongst our team as well as our clients! 🌿 What you’ll be doing: Full time commercial and residential deep cleaning of spaces using all-natural, homemade products. No experience required - we love a blank slate and can teach you how to be a cleaning ninja! Your day will typically start between 5:45-6:30am and end between 2-4pm. Must have a smartphone with data plan, reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance. 🌿 How we’re staying safe during COVID: We provide all employees with N95 masks and disposable gloves at each clean. All of our equipment is disinfected each time it enters a home/building. We coordinate with our clients to ensure we are safely distanced during our visits. **We check in daily with employees and clients to make sure everyone is feeling healthy and do not allow employees to enter homes in which a resident is experiencing Covid symptoms.** 🌿 What can The Fig do for you?: $18/hr plus tips once you’ve passed out of our (paid) training program, plus $400 in bonuses after 60 days Paid time for driving and restocking supplies Weekly pay Premium health insurance (BCBS HMO), dental, and vision plans Start accruing paid time off from day 1!
