Looking for an apartment maintenance supervisor for multiple properties in the Shepherdsville area. Duties include scheduling HVAC, plumbing, flooring, paint etc. repairs, fixing minor issues, preparing vacant apartments for rental, and being on call for emergencies. We can offer flexible hours, opportunities for side jobs (billed separately), and gas reimbursement. I'm looking for a motivated, trustworthy, self-managing individual with reliable transportation. Starting pay will be around $18/hr depending on experience and will be reported as 1099 income (as a contractor). Regular raises will start after 90 days.
