Resurrection Properties LLC is a locally-owned, family business that operates 20 short-term rentals in the Clarksville Area. We are looking for a very dependable, experienced individual, with attention to detail to join our cleaning team. You will be responsible to make sure homes look clean, tidy, and luxurious for our guests. PLEASE do not apply if you are not motivated, dependable, and eager to work. The job entails the following: - Clean homes between guest stays. - Wash bedding and towels. - Make and style beds. - Deep Clean Kitchen and Bathrooms - Clean and put away dishes. - Sweep and mop floors. - Style the house (Put out flowers, fresh baked cookies, wine, etc...) Other important details: - Most cleanings are between 10 am-4 pm - Most jobs are 2-4 hours long, but you could have 2-3 in one day depending on the schedule. - The busiest days are Thursday, Friday, Sunday, and Monday. - There will be very busy days This job requires a flexible schedule with availability from 10:00am-4:00pm daily. Offering up to 20-25 hours per week. You may work anywhere from 5-7 days a week (based on weekly bookings), and you must be available when needed during this time. Subject to 24-hour notice. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION. Compensation consists of three components: (1) Pay-per-clean compensation which ranges from $35-150 based upon the size of the property (Performance-based raises); estimated hourly wage equivalent to $17 per hour, not including additional bonuses. (2) $10-25 bonus for every 5-star cleanliness review (varies based upon the property) (3) Longevity Bonus: 6 month milestone: Up to $500 bonus (Credit is counted once all training is complete) 12 month milestone: Up to $1000 bonus 18 month milestone: Up to $1000 bonus (Continues at $1000 every 6 months while working) This is a 1099 job as an independent contractor. We provide on-the-job training and all required cleaning supplies you’ll need. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. We are always excited to add new members of our team!
