Serious applicants will have maintenance and repair skills, professional manner, a commitment to excellence, and ability to transition from one type of job to another with ease. Responsibilities Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs. Drywall repair and installation. Other tasks as assigned. Requirements MUST HAVE INSURANCE Good, overall knowledge of multiple trades: tiling, painting, cove base, drywall, flooring, etc..
