Replace engineered flooring

Description

I'm looking for someone with patience and with very specialized skill in flooring. I need to have a glued-down engineered flooring board removed from a closet and then used to replace a damaged board by my patio door Before doing the flooring job, I will need to have the doorframe, threshold, and interior quarter-round investigated as to the source of leaks and then replaced or repaired as necessary. Area will need to be sealed with caulk or whatever is appropriate. I know that this sounds like a small job but I will pay according to the highly skilled level of the workman.
