Empire Staffing Services is now hiring for a Maintenance Mechanic position Working Monday through Friday 40 hours a week + overtime available swing and graveyard position Maintenance Mechanic requires: to support production as required to maintain & improve operations perform inspections, adjustments, repairs, overhauls and troubleshooting on production equipment fabricate and weld parts, supports, or improvements to production equipment as process requires maintain all safety practices/policies perform projects assigned by supervisor Technical Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Food Processing Experience is a plus Mechanical Aptitude, and general mathematical ability a must Methodical work ethic and proficiency in mechanical work Good communication and interpersonal skills Must have demonstrated abilities in written and oral communication Requirements: Ability to use computers, test equipment, and general maintenance tools Flexibility for priority changes Availability for off shifts as necessary For more information, please stop by our office or give us a call 503-339-7890 1164 Madison St NE Salem OR 97301
