Assistant Manager Duties: Trash out mobile homes and garbage around property Cleaning up after repairs (rags, debris, etc) Responsible for putting out all notices given by Manager Communicate with tenants Newer phone, can send photos and videos Communicating with tenants on behalf of manager, relaying information to manager General maintenance experience preferred (fixing leaky faucets, minor carpentry repairs, fixing doors, minor paint touch ups.) Knowledge of general carpentry and repair Ability to use hand tools and power tools. If housing is needed, can be included in role at steep discount. Physical Requirements: ▪ Prolonged periods standing and walking. ▪ Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces. ▪ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.”
