This little bird is bright yellow with black markings. She flew away in the West Eugene area on Bertelsen Road between W. 11th and W. 18th. Her name is Boo-Boo. She speaks "pretty bird, whatcha' doing, peek-a-boo," and other phrases. Reward $50. I am heartbroken.
