We are immediately hiring General Laborer for immediate consideration for our open opportunity in Mt. Pleasant, MI area at a Student Housing Community. If you are someone that has skills in light Maintenance and/or need extra income during the summer. ** Apply Today and Start Immediately!** You must have a good work ethic and be professional, friendly, reliable, hardworking and motivated to succeed. Must be available to work weekdays and weekends with overtime included in the position. Start time is 8am. Hourly Pay: $18-$22/hr (DOE) Schedule: Monday-Sunday 8am-5pm w/ Overtime Location: MT. Pleasant, MI **Must be able to pass background** RESPONSIBILITIES: · A plus--Basic Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry, and Drywall skills · Appliance Repairs/Troubleshoot · Make Readies as scheduled · Completion of make-readies as assigned in a timely manner · Upkeep the property grounds · Preventative Maintenance to include sprinkler system, smoke detector, and fire extinguishers EXPERIENCE: · High School Diploma · Reliable Transportation · Outgoing, self-motivated and highly reliable · Ability to work alone at times, with little to no supervision · Must be able to lift 50lbs · Use of Hand Tools and Power Tools Our Company: At Career Strategies, it has been our pleasure to staff apartment communities nationally since 1989.
