Apartment Maintenance Assistant Wellington Woods, NY We have an opening to fill a full-time (40 hours per week + additional hours seasonally) maintenance assistant position. The successful applicant will be performing apartment maintenance duties in Brockport, NY. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, good customer service skills, trustworthy, punctual and has general maintenance experience in the areas of painting, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and minor repairs. You will be working under and taking direction from the on-site maintenance supervisor. A valid NYS driver’s license is required and the successful candidate must have a clean record.
