General Maintenance needed to turn residential + commercial rental units. The individuals needed for this position should be able to complete the following and more: Junk out units Hang drywall Paint the units repair plumbing Assess damages with the property manager to determine what will be necessary to get the unit rent ready Interested individuals will be required to provide a W9, they will need to have their own transportation and their own tools. Other materials required to complete each job will be purchased by the property owner. Employees for this position will be paid after the property manager approves that the work has been completed.
