The types of projects include: • Wood repairs • Caulking & Painting • Minor Concrete repairs • Drywall/ stucco repairs • Minor HVAC repairs • Minor plumbing • Minor electrical • Property cleanup • Various other projects that will come up in the course of maintaining a condominium property. This position is classified as an independent contractor position. It is perfect for someone who can manage their time, has a “no job is too small” attitude, can take photos for the work order system as needed, and wants consistent work.
