Friendly kittens need permanent home

These 2 female kitten sisters were found dumped off at a bike trail here in Newark. They're very friendly and flea free. They eat dry and canned cat food and use the litter box. Acclimated to laid back dogs and other cats. Appear to be at least 4 months old. Neither have been to the vet and will also need spayed. They are a bonded pair and prefer them to be adopted together. Vet reference required and $50 rehoming fee. Somebody already dumped them once. We want to ensure that doesn't happen again.
