I've been apprehensive to post since the pandemic in that performing these days has become more dangerous because many clubs are not correctly ventilated and I don't want to get COVID, to pass it along to older members of my family. So, I haven't played out much during the past few years. Not good. I need to play, so it is time to take risks because I love performing and can only express myself well by means of playing this #$%&(#*@& bass guitar!  If you are a talented musician who is inoculated and is looking for a bass player with top-notch gear and a keen ear, please contact me. My music genre interests include rock, blues, modern jazz, funk (my favorite), alternative, and reggae. Strange as it may sound, the practices are more important than the gigs to me right now, but I feel a need make people dance.  Audio and video recordings are available upon request. I am not interested in touring unless you pay me a lot of money, so Col and CIN is about as far as I am willing to trek these days. I can play any song you throw at me, and can sing back up when the bass isn't busy. Not so keen on country, christian or opera. That said, I am flexible.  Hugs,Matt
