Maintenance and Turn Technician

We are looking for a full time maintenance and turn technician. We are located in Naperville Illinois. This is a large complex with 320 units. Duties will include minor repairs (dishwasher, refrigerator, and laundry equipment. In addition, common hallway cleaning, grounds keep, and move out turns. Job Qualifications: *Must be 21 years or older *Must have reliable transportation *Must have valid Drivers License *Must have at least 1 year experience *Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more *HVAC Certified a plus Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm (Full Time) Salary- $17-$19 an hour based on experience and is negotiable.
