NO! I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY. I retired from the Marine Corps in 1978, and am now in my 80s. My career included a year at Camp Lejeune near the middle of the water contamination period, and for the past three years I have been treated for a serious debilitating disease that is “on the list” of Lejeune consequences. Many attorneys are seeking my signature but I’m reluctant to sign because once I do THAT’S IT – I’M LOCKED IN! I’d like to talk with other potential Lejeune victims about the smartest things to do. If you’re interested in sharing information, and perhaps even sharing attorneys, please contact me via craigslistmail (can’t seem to get an email address into this post). Help me set up a way we can talk together, discuss options, and find solutions. I am in no way associated with any law firm, marketing business, or information service – I am retired. Next month I’ll meet with a VSO to discuss VA disability, which is a completely separate issue. It might be a good idea to include that topic in the email group. Don't hesitate to pass this around!
