Idea? Need help starting a program

Ideas are only good if they're carried out! Do you ever dream of living on a homestead.? Here's my idea! Will use small group take about 10-15 people that draw a government check. Let's say 15 people that's around $15,000 - 3000 for land,$3,000 for food ( going to grow organic garden) and all kinds of meat for food. $3,000 for materials to build all kind of houses, maybe tiny homes. A few people to run the sawmill, build tiny homes, how to live off the land. I need some people that can train, teach, mentor a group of people with a common goal. I'm looking for some good-hearted people that will help people that have fell through the cracks in our system. F/T P/T, of course there ways to make money. Give me a chance to explain!
