Scale Operator Job Summary We are seeking a qualified, motivated individual to join our company as a Scale Operator. As part of our team, you use a computerized scale to weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles, logging information relevant to each truck, including vehicle type, tags, and driver. You accurately record this data for billing purposes and perform regular audits to ensure appropriate billing. This position requires moderate computer proficiency, and our ideal candidate has prior experience with trucking, data entry, and industrial workplace safety. Willing to train a motivated individual. STATUS/SHIFT • Full-time • Monday – Friday 5:30 am – 3:30; occasional Saturdays REQUIREMENTS • Good Customer service skills • Good verbal and listening communication skills • General computer knowledge • Prior truck dispatching experience helpful • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must EDUCATION • High School diploma or GED • Weighmasters license preferred but will train.
