Please see below, and reply if you fit the bill!!! • HVAC Techs should have experience / general ability to diagnose and repair • Commercial Refrigeration Units (walk-in and/or small appliance reach-in), • Commercial Heating and Cooling units (5 to 10 Ton), • and/or Commercial Ice Makers • as well as Commercial Exhaust/Range Hoods/Make-up Air Units • Ability to perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC units • EPA Approved Universal Technician Certification • HVAC Trade School Cert or Associates Degree We also need candidates that have mechanical/engineering repair and maintenance background with experience in repair of commercial kitchen equipment: ovens, fryers, warmer/holding units, commercial grills, etc. We're looking for candidates with general building maintenance/repair, preferably commercial and industrial experience rather than apartment maintenance or residential property management. Need general knowledge of commercial plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs. Do you have EPA Section 608 Certification for Stationary Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and Universal R-410A Safety Training & Certification?
