OPPORTUNITY FINISHER Trademark Visual is a leading design/build producer of architectural, commercial and electric signs. Our manufacturing facility is fully equipped to fabricate nearly any sign imaginable, from small apartment unit numbers to 85’ tall freeway pylon signs. Additionally, we employ a full complement of wide format digital printing equipment including UV and latex printers. Our Field Services team is well equipped to service and install any sign we make. Trademark Visual is seeking a qualified Finishing Team Member to enhance our manufacturing department. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES • Organizational skills. • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. • Quality focused. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Team oriented in a fast-paced environment. • Dependable, self-motivated and organized. • Ability to maintain a clean working environment. • Ability to read, understand and follow work order instructions in English. • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with proficiency in English. • Positive attitude and great work attendance. • The knowledge, skills and abilities required to fulfill the following duties: REQUIRED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Reads and understands finishing requirements from drawings and specifications. • Works at different workstations to meet production requirements. • General mechanical aptitude. • Surface preparation. • Sign assembly. • Works with wiring. • Works with Quality Check/Control department. • Gathering hardware. • Staging items for installation. • Properly prepares all necessary paperwork, job and safety logs. • Must have good understanding of safe work practices. • Clean and maintain tools & equipment. • Other duties as assigned.
