Looking for a team player with an eye for detail. Must be adapted to working outside in the florida weather at times. Landscape, janitorial, and maintenance experience a plus but will train if you have a strong work ethic, positive outlook and have a willingness to learn. Duties include keeping clubhouse and common areas clean and presentable, weed eating, pressure washing, trimming of shrubs, trash removal, keeping restrooms in a clean and sanitary condition, light maintenance, painting, other various tasks as needed. Must have valid drivers license, clean background, excellent benefits including health dental vision 401k etc. Stock opportunities after predetermined employment period.
