As an Operations Manager, you will run your own team to install and take down holiday lights and decor. Elevation Holiday Lighting also invests in YOU. You will work directly with the company’s owner and CEO to develop your management skills and learn the skills needed to build and own your own company in the next few years or grow with us into executive management positions. The holiday lighting season is short, we dig deep and work hard so we can kick back in the off-season. Cares about more than just the bottom line. As one of Colorado’s top lighting companies we care about growth and goals, but not at the expense of delivering a high-quality experience. What is expected of you: Temporary holiday lighting installations, maintenance, and take-downs for clients. This includes coordinating to get all materials/equipment to the site, managing a team on-site to install the lighting project, troubleshooting on-site when necessary, and coordinating the takedown and storage of all materials/equipment. Managing a team of 4-8 installers. This includes training team members on installation, overseeing safety protocols are followed, coordinating schedules for team members, and maintaining team morale. Offseason permanent architectural and creative lighting displays for clients. This includes coordinating to get all materials/equipment to the site and installing the lighting project. Must be located within 60 mins of Denver or Breckenridge, CO.
