Renovation help/labor

I am renovating a house in Winsted, CT and will need someone to help with general labor, some light carpentry, land clearing, etc. 15 dollars an hour for simple labor, 20 dollars an hour if you know your way around a miter saw or a circuit breaker. I expect the job to last about 2 months so it could be some fairly regular pay for the right person. I would like for you to have your own transportation, but if not I can pick you up if you live in downtown Winsted. I will be reframing some windows in a sunroom, renovating a bathroom, rebuilding some porches, etc. Must be honest, hard-working, dependable, and HONEST. Person should also be honest. Pay is 30 per hour, but I expect the job will last about 2 months, so it should be a good bit of work for the right person. I have basic tools but it would be helpful if you have your own.
