Looking for Bass and Keys for Neo Soul type band.

Pro drummer with many years of experience looking to form a group with my percussionist partner. For starters the band would consist of drums, percussion, bass and keys. It can grow and evolve possibly of course. For right now looking for bass and keys. Basically it would be stuff in the Neo Soul type genre. We funk, we groove, we improvise, we call stuff on the fly, we play some rearrangements of some covers, we can play jazz standards in funk feels etc. I think it would be fun musically. I also think there's a need for it up in these parts and would be widely accepted. People would totally dig it because they like to dance and will dance to anything pretty much. This would be very conducive to dancing and/or just grooving to the music. Not many are doing this type of thing in these parts. This would be a fun sounding band, uplifting, happy vibe. I've seen this work very nicely in my travels. People do like it and respond. And it's also fun for musicians to be able to be creative, as well as lock as a unit. I welcome all feedback, thoughts, interest, suggestions, whatever. Please be time and groove focused. We’re looking for rhythmically strong players. Thanks!
