Moped Mechanic Needed

I picked up this Garelli a few years ago and have put some work into it, but have fallen short of getting her to start. I'm too busy to get it going, but would love some help and would compensate well. From the best of my knowledge, the last piece that needs to be installed is the piston ring. This is where I failed over and over and over, it would break every single time and then I'd have to order a new one. If you can help, please don't hesitate to reach out.
