We are looking for an experienced lawn care professional supervisor that can run a crew. Must have more than 5 years' experience in lawn care and must have experience running a crew. Must have a driver's license as well. You must be able to work alongside the crew, lead the crew, and check behind the crew to make sure everything was done properly. Must be able to follow the route, no skipping yards or changing the route without prior approval. We are a full property Maintenace company which means not just mow, blow, and go. Trimming, bed maintenance and detail work at every yard! Please do not waste our time. We will know right away if you do not have the proper experience. Must know how to use all hand tools, mowers, etc.
We are also hiring for lawn maintenance crew members so please apply for the appropriate position if you do not have the leadership experience.
Starting supervisor pay is $700 per week bring home with room for more after proving you can run the route properly, run the crew, and that you are dependable. 10 days' vacation/sick time is available after 90-day probation period as well.
