Due to the nature of our business, it is crucial that every order is fulfilled in an accurate and timely manner. Our ideal candidate is someone who has 1 or more years of experience in order fulfillment/packaging and is eager to bring his or her expertise to our company. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist in all shipping activity • Receive picking tickets and prepare orders as needed • Prepare orders in a timely manner • Scan each item before it is packaged • Carefully adhere to all shipping specifications (weight, size, and packing material specifications may be given depending on the customer). • Enter shipping confirmations into our inventory software (it is critical that every shipment is entered accurately). • Oversee all return shipments * Make sure every returned shipment is unpacked immediately, inspected for any damage, and placed back in inventory * If any items are damaged, be sure to notify management immediately • Keep track of all packaging materials and reorder when needed • Assist in the loading and unloading of each shipment • Ensure that every item is stored in its proper location • Clean up your work area on an “as needed” basis • Must be able to lift 50lbs
