*** SAN ANTONIO And SURROUNDING AREA *** ** Updated 7/18 - We have a house ready to go that we need to get a crew in today or tomorrow Potranco and 1604 area** Hermann and Son's Remodeling is looking to add another Subcontractor painter to our team, We do work in San Antonio and the surrounding area's for large home buyer companies and rental companies. All the houses you will be assigned will have a full interior paint some with sheet rock repairs and some without. We will have some houses that come in with Exterior trim repair and exterior paint. The way we pay out on painter's is half of profit. Here is a example of a breakdown of payout on a 2,769 sq door house Full paint ceiling, walls, doors, trim $3,599.70 Sheetrock repairs $450.00 Total $4049.70 less paint and supplies $638.00 = $3,411.70 @ 50% $1,705.85 (you are paid out when you finish job) Once we have gotten to know you and your skills, speed, and quality of work we will talk about moving that percentage of payout up. We during carry all the insurance required to receive work from all these companies and Hermann and Son's does wait for payment on the work orders which in some cases has taken up to 65 days to receive payment. All supplies and paint is delivered directly to job site for you. ***Must be able to fill out a W-9 form and will receive a 1099 form for taxes *** RESPONSIBILITIES Understands and executes work orders in a timely manner Maintains clean, organized work areas Inspects work for the highest quality Follows all safety policies and procedure QUALIFICATIONS Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment Sheetrock repairs Carpentry skills a plus Quality conscious and detail-oriented Own Transportation and Equipment Strong communication Highly organized and self-motivated
