this position will consist of simple home renovations to complicated home additions, will also consist of above ground pool installs, pool maintenance, pool opening and pool closing, deck building, landscaping/hardscaping must have basic hand-tools and vehicle this position is on a Sub-Contractor 1099 contract basis with the option of full time hire pay will be based on the job with room to negotiate price
